Baby Time With Adeline

Although I never made a formal announcement on the blog, many of you know from the social medias that I've been pregnant over the last

nine months

eight months. Adeline Alexis made a surprise appearance almost a month early on 12.13.13 (Friday the 13th is our new lucky day!) These are pictures we took in the hospital.

My mother tells stories about the hellion that I was (I was kicked out of the nursery at the hospital because I made all the other babies cry) so I was very prepared to start paying some sort of karmic debt with a constantly screaming baby. However, Adeline could not have a sweeter temperament -- she pretty much just eats and sleeps and looks cute.

It's a wonderful time for us as the holidays approach. We could not have dreamed of a better Christmas present!
